Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:


Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. 

This Policy will apply to any order you place with us.


What are my Shipping & Delivery options?


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.


We are constantly trying to stay on top of shipping costs for you and us, which is why you may see shipping charger change periodically while we try new things to keep costs down on both sides.


Currently our shipping rate for standard shipping is $7.00.  But on orders over $50.00, standard shipping is FREE.

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location and verify the delivery address.

If your package is returned, we will ship it again at your cost after verifying the address.

We reserve the right to change our shipping fees at any time.

How long does it take to process my order?


All orders are typically quickly processed and sent from Chicago within 2-3 business days.

We ship via USPS.

Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days.

You will receive an email and a text with a tracking number once your item has shipped.


Business days are Monday-Friday. 

Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. 

If you are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


If you placed a PERSONALIZED ORDER, please keep in mind all custom orders are made specifically for said customer and made by hand after an order is confirmed with Acrylicool by Annie. Due to customization and detailed work that goes into these items, processing can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains.

We reserve the right to change our shipping fees at any time.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.

  • Any packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at customer expense.

  • We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Please contact your local PO or police as every order is shipped with insurance protection.




We Ship with USPS. Every order is shipped by Acrylicool by Annie is covered with insurance protection.




  • Covers parcels and contents from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause while in transit. All parcels that are covered will be shipped in strict accordance with all regulations of the Carrier. 

  • Loss claims will not be covered if the Carrier confirms the successful delivery of a Parcel to the correct destination address.

  • All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed as photographs and/or videos will be required. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim. 

  • During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be required. This is a form document provided by Shipsurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage. 

  • Concealed damage allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during the insured transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 16 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered.

  • For missing shipments, you'll need to wait 20 days from the shipment date for a domestic shipment, or 40 days from the shipment date for an international shipment before you can file an insurance claim. That said, if the package has already been scanned as Delivered and you need to file a claim, there is no minimum waiting period.

  • In some cases, Shipsurance is asking for even longer wait times for delivery due to COVID-19. As seen in their Terms and Conditions, the deadline to file a claim and provide Shipsurance with everything they need is 120 calendar days from the date of your shipment.




  • Loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel or freight and its contents which is addressed incorrectly or packed insufficiently to withstand the normal rigors of transit. 

  • Loss, damage, shortage arising out of loss of market, delay, loss of use, clean-up costs, decay, inherent vice, or other deterioration, any remote or consequential loss, whether or not arising out of a peril insured against or changes in temperature or humidity.

  • Pollution
    This program does not apply to any damage, expense, cost, loss, liability or legal obligation arising out of or in any way related to pollution, however caused. Pollution includes the actual, alleged or potential presence in or introduction into the environment of any substance if such substance has or is alleged to have, the effect of making the environment impure, harmful, or dangerous. Environment includes any air, land, structure or the air therein, watercourse or water, including underground water. We will have no duty to defend any suit arising out of or in any way related to pollution.


This program shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. 

The parties agree that any and all claims or disputes arising out of the program or the performance of the program shall be brought in Los Angeles County, California.

The Insured agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SHIPSURANCE and us from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees that they may incur due to misreading, misunderstanding, and not following the coverage requirements provided by this program and any applicable endorsements.
